A chemical designed to increase the size of vegetables is mistakenly given to Digby, Billy's sheepdog. He grows, is stolen, and sold to a circus as a freak. Digby breaks loose, causing havoc, and the army is asked to destroy him, but Billy administers the antidote in time and Digby becomes normal again. Meanwhile, a chimpanzee takes the mixture...
