Period fantasy adventure based on Edgar Rice Burrough's classic tale. June 03 1916 - a supply ship is torpedoed by a german U-boat. The survivors attack and take over the submarine when it surfaces. German Officer Dietz sabotages the compass so that they end up in Antarctica. They are running low of fuel and supplies, and their only hope is to dock inside a mysterious ice-capped 'Caprona' which is only rumoured to exist. They venture under the ice and arise in a prehistoric land where time has stood still.
