The Major and the Minor
Susan Applegate, heading home from New York, tries to pass as an 11-year-old in order to get a cheaper ticket. She is taken under the wing of a kindly soldier on the train. Complications ensue as they visit the military academy where he is based, and Susan learns that Philip's finacée is secretly sabotaging his hopes of seeing action in the impending war.
