Weller (Roy Kinnear), travelling salesman of all trades, witnesses the death of Count Dracula. He collects the ring, cloak and a phial of dried blood from the remains and sells them to three wealthy and 'respectable' gentlemen along with Lord Courtley (Ralph Bates) who plan to resurrect the evil one! When the ceremony ends in death for Courtley, the three men batter him to death and flee. The Count is resurrected through Courtley's corpse and swears vengeance against the three men, using their own children to kill them.
