El Topo
Year:
1970
El Topo and his seven year old son begin a journey through the desert. They meet The Colonel and his gang, who have terrorised locals, including a monastery. El Topo declares himself to be God; he castrates The Colonel and executes his men. Leaving his son with the monks, El Topo sets off with The Colonel's mistress, Mara, who challenges him to prove himself by conquering the four Masters who inhabit the desert.
