Zabriskie Point
Mark is involved with a group of students who are proposing a strike but he does not want to be involved in violence. Suspected of killing a policeman, he escapes with a small private plane to the desert where he meets Daria, a secretary. They make love at Zabriskie Point then Mark leaves ready to give himself up. He is shot down and killed at the airport.
