Two American crooks attempt to break in on the London fruit machine racket. Two gangs, led by Jim Alexis and Danton, are in a state of uneasy truce. Hodges, a gunman from Chicago, deliberately provokes a war between the gangs, by killing Paul, brother of Jim Alexis. Inspector Bob Craig enters the case and solves it. During the case Craig and Maria, Paul Alexis's daughter, fall in love.
