Synopsis

Documentary investigations of the allegations by former members of the General Communications HQ in Hong Kong, Little Sai Wan, of leaks of classified information, concerning British and NATO plans, to China and other powers. Investigates the allegations of a former senior radio operator Jock Kane, that the communications section of the Intelligence Service, the branch involved in intercepting and decoding secret radio messages of foreign governments, is guilty of lapses in its security arrangements. Looks particularly at security at the radio base in Hong Kong.
