Horror. A ghostly tale set in 1799 based on the famous story by Washington Irving. Ichabod Crane, esteemed member of the New York City Constabulary, is sent by his superiors to investigate a series of beheadings in the area of Sleepy Hollow, a community mainly consisting of Dutch descendants. The members of the community feel that the ghost of the Headless Horseman, a former German mercenary, is responsible for the crimes. Being of a rational and scientific mind, Ichabod is sceptical of this belief and determines to make his own investigations.
