Set in the 21st century. Joe Buchanan is a scientist conducting military research for the USA. As a result of the research a time slip is created and he finds himself transported back to 19th century Geneva. There he finds that Dr Frankenstein was not a fictional character created by Mary Shelley, but is alive and doing scientific research on the creation of life.
