- Siamese Twins Original
Traces the progress of 3-year old Siamese twins - orphan sisters Dao and Duan from their home in Thailand to Philadelphia where they undergo surgery to separate them. Not only do they share a pelvis and a third leg, but their spines and lower colons are fused and each twin has just one kidney which shares the single bladder. As well as following the planning of the intricate operation, the programme observes the twins' dependence on each other and their growing attachment to the American foster family that cared for them.
