DILWALE DULHANIA LE JAYENGE
A small shop owner in London who prides himself on having retained his Indian cultural values, arranges a marriage between his eldest daughter and the son of a friend of his in the Punjab. His daughter pleads with him to let her spend a month's holiday in Europe with her friends before the marriage. There she meets and falls in love with a young Indian man based in London also on a European holiday.
