A training package based on the broadcast series, and consisting of a copy of the broadcast programme `Running water', a resource video and support material. The broadcast programme features Bob Baty, the managing director of South West Water, who spends a week working alongside his customer visitors and depot staff, and experiencing for himself the problems they face in their dealings with customers. Issues highlighted are around quality, complaint handling, conflict and introducing and managing change. The resource video contains key incidents from the broadcast programme re-edited, with unseen material, into a thematic format.
