A pharmacologist whose future was wrecked by a youthful drugs bust has ended up a major drugs manufacturer. Deciding to quit the business, he attempts to murder top dealer Lizard and then flees to Britain with his latest designer drug, POS-51. Lizard survives and sends a hitwoman named Dakota Phillips to track him down.
