Goodnight Mister Tom
TV film. Wartime drama. Young William Beech is billeted in the home of widower Tom Oakley during the Blitz. An unlikely friendship develops between the outwardly stern Tom and the anxious boy, until William's overbearing mother summons him back to the terrors of Blitz-torn London.
