Holes
Based on the children's novel by Louis Sachar. Wrongly sentenced for stealing some baseball boots, Stanley is sent to a correctional camp in the middle of the desert. While there he and the other children are made to dig holes. Gradually Stanley starts to find out just why the head of the institution is so keen to dig up the desert.
