Herbie Fully Loaded
Comedy. Maggie Peyton, a third-generation NASCAR race driver is forbidden from pursuing her dreams by overprotective father Ray. While she is summering in California before becoming a journalist in New York, he buys her a former triumphant racing car, named Herbie aka no.53, awaiting the scrapyard. Her identity concealed, Maggie and Herbie win a race against arrogant NASCAR champion trip Murphy, who seeks a return match. Herbie eventually makes it to the NASCAR final after Maggie has betrayed him, then rescued him from a demolition derby and confronted Ray with her activities.
