Agnès Varda on Fellini’s Amarcord

Agnès Varda introduces one of her most beloved films, Fellini’s Amarcord (1972). The coming of age Italian drama follows the lives of a wild cast of characters living in the fictional city of Borgo, in 1930’s fascist Italy, and at the moment of its release was referred to as “Fellini’s most marvelous film”.
