I mean, his body of work on television changed the face of television. It changed people's perception. It changed the way people write for television. It changed how people thought television should be. I was lucky enough to be in The Singing Detective. God I'd love to see that here. Yeah, he was a genius and we've had a few of those in this country and they are to be applauded and celebrated. Also that his work was difficult and challenging and that's what, I think, the best work is. He really did that and made us think and made us feel and made us feel pain. And that's always good.
